Aero ...

Well, this is one ambigram i suddenly made out of nothing. I was thinking of making something and i saw the word Aero written on my book. And i thought it would be great if i made one, coz i must be proud to be an Aeronautical Engineer ...

This one turned out to be quite simple and easy ... but the inexperience is still showing up ..

What's 3-1 ???

Have you heard of 3-1 ?? That's supposed to be the new semester for me, and i am truly wondering, what wonders lay ahead ...
At this moment, i don't even remember the names of all subjects we have this time, and the records say that i already attended the first day of 3-1. More like a dream ...
But it was a bad dream ofcourse. We had a teacher trying to get the class more interactive, who said she's gonna teach Flight Mechanics, but apart from that, we did nothing. If you don't count the fact that, instead of improving our aircraft model we are making, we ended up dismantling both the horizontal and vertical stablizers due to silly mistakes. As a whole, quite a bad start and i hate bad starts ... i hope 3-1 won't drown me the way 2-1 did ...

Hopefully hoping for the best...

What a day !!

I haven't had internet from the last 2 weeks and i am really struggling. But somehow, i managed to get hold of a system with the connection ...

I went to college as usual and we were working on our almost finished scale model of a Zenith Aircraft. But suddenly while rivetting, Natarajan's hair got stuck in the drilling machine and we took quite some time to get him off it. By then, there was a clean bald patch on his head and we rushed to a hair-cutting salon near Chakradhar's house and got the whole head shaved ... hehe ....

We later went to the ever-filled Cine Planet and watched the movie Shivaji. I liked it for a change, (especially the humorous visual effects, of him flying around and bashing up people..) .. the songs were kinda fine (visual again, i never concentrated on the audio!!) ... and the storyline was ok. We all know that politicians have got a good way a hiding money ..... it was pure entertainment, just like how a movie is supposed to entertain. That was the good part, and the humor was simple and classy. The actors fit their roles pretty much appropriately .. so i can say it was fun watching the movie ...

Only bad thing was, i came home past 7pm, and it was raining ..

A forgotten one ...

Well, i took this snap at Chitrakut and completely forgot about it. I took 4 shots and joined them all together to get this. The light was getting dim and i was standing on a dangerous ledge kinda thing, so i didn't bother to take more angle ... The place where i was standing was actually a ledge and during the monsoon season, the water falls even from here. This part was dry so we could get down into that place. I was shaky here coz, a small slip will send you pitching into the rocks below ... brrr.. i was turning in the same spot and taking the pics so that i could join them at home and make a 360 degree view of the whole place. But the light and the risk didn't allow me to do that ..

Anyway, here is the pic. It's got a nice wide view of the whole scene ... the waterfalls were weak and had less strength ... but they look great when you get nearer on the boat ...

It's all about metal ...

Previous Post

Well, trusting the fact that you read the previous post, i found the solution to the QuickTime problem. I tried so many different ways of changing the settings and nothing worked. Inspite of all that, i found yet another way to solve it. Now it works just fine for me. But i am not gonna give the solution here.

This is a small test kinda thing... try to guess what i did so that my dear Flash Objects are handled by dear Mr. Flash Player ..... answer is the stupidest of all, and you won't be gettin' nothin' fer answerin' tha' one !! You might easily get the solution. Just think and answer ....

HELP !!!!!!!

I did a very foolish thing here, and i need help desparately...
Well, i don't know how many can solve this problem for me but let me make the attempt.

I accidentally selected an option of the Flash objects in Mozilla Firefox to be handled by QuickTime. I applied the changes and went on. Later i found out that all the Flash Objects have been replaced by a huge "Q" (for quicktime). And then a question mark "?" over the Q. And in the end, the flash thing does not play at all. I hastitly changed back the option to what it was earlier and expected the Flash objects to play normally from the Flash Player in Firefox. But it didn't. The same Q appears even after deselecting the option. And i tried many more times, and it didn't work.
-I uninstalled QuickTime completely and opened Firefox, and the browser asks me to install the QuickTime plugin and without which it cannot play the Flash objects.
- I reinstalled Firefox and it still doesn't work.
- I installed a different version of Firefox and it doesn't work.
- I tried to change QuickTime plugin settings again and it doesn't work.
- I made a bold entry into the registry keys and searched for the appropriate entries and i found so many that i didn't know which one to meddle with.

So, all those attempts are in vain, and now, i am stuck and unable to use Firefox for my own blog coz it has flash objects in it. Someone please suggest me with something!!! I tried so many different possible ways of changing it and it didn't. I don't know what other way is left ... but still, tell me that !!!!!!!!

The mystery solved ...

You might have noticed that the Title of my blog has changed from "Up in Flames" to "Twisted Illusions". Well, i found that word somewhere on the web and i liked it. Since illusions are something that i really like, i took on the name. And I also made an ambigram of it in the gothic style. So this is an illusion that you gotta twist. Hence, Twisted Illusions. Here is the ambigram ...
